R v K — Successful defence of defendant charged with False Imprisonment and Inflicting Grievous Bodily Harm of partner.
R v B — Successful defence of young defendant charged with s18 Wounding (stabbing ) of step-father.
R v P — Defendant charged with Conspiracy to Supply £2.5m of Cannabis is found in the attic of his home. Having persisted in obtaining disclosure of the financial records of others, the defendant was acquitted.
R v JC — Representing the appellant in the appeal against convictions of Rape, Sexual Assault and False Imprisonment on the grounds that the judge at first instance had erred in allowing the prosecution to adduce the appeIants previous historical conviction of Rape. Appeal allowed, convictions quashed and re-trial ordered. Emma secured an acquittal at the re-trial.
R v S — Defendant charged with multiple counts of burglary committed upon elderly victims, convicted of all counts.
