Emily Griffiths

Emily Griffiths began her pupillage at 187 Chambers in October 2024.

Prior to commencing pupillage, she managed a heavy caseload of Crown Court matters as a paralegal at a boutique criminal defence solicitor’s firm. She has experience working on attempted murder, rape, POCA and extradition cases among other serious crime matters. In this role, many of Emily’s clients were vulnerable by virtue of their age or complex mental health conditions.

Prior to this, and while completing her Bar Practice Course at the Inns of Court College of Advocacy, Emily worked for another boutique criminal defence solicitor’s firm ranked in the Legal500.
