Gregory specialises in General Crime, Fraud & Financial Crime, and Regulatory Law.
In the area of General Crime, Gregory defends and prosecutes in serious matters such as murder, attempted murder, drug conspiracies, sexual offences, armed robbery, and violent crimes. He is frequently instructed as leading counsel, led counsel, or as sole counsel in these high-stakes cases.
Gregory’s practice in Fraud & Financial Crime includes representing both corporations and individuals in complex cases involving money laundering, bribery, and corruption. He also works closely with government agencies, including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Crown Prosecution Service, and has been involved in several high-profile investigations.
In addition, Gregory has extensive experience in Regulatory Law, having represented both regulatory bodies and respondents in cases involving the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the General Dental Council, and the General Pharmaceutical Council. He continues to advocate at tribunals on behalf of these organizations and their clients.
While Gregory’s primary focus is on General Crime and Fraud & Financial Crime, he also accepts instructions in cases that intersect civil and criminal law, including Asset Recovery, Sanctions, Compliance, and Health & Safety matters.
Gregory previously served as a pro bono advocate for the Armed Forces Compensation Tribunal, which sparked his long-standing interest in military law. He is also passionate about sports law and representing individuals with legal issues in the sporting world, having played for the Saracens Amateur team.
