Emma Nash Successfully Prosecuted Prison Officer for Serious Sexual Offences

Emma Nash secured a conviction against Christopher Higham, a serving prison officer, for 3 offences of serous sexual, penetrative and physical assault against a female.

This sensitive case involved issues of cross admissibility.

Mr Higham will be sentenced next month when he has been told to expect a significant custodial sentence.
