James Onalaja has been admitted to the List of Specialist Counsel for both defendants and victims at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC). The KSC is the new international criminal tribunal based in The Hague, with jurisdiction over crimes against humanity, war crimes and other crimes under Kosovo law alleged to have been committed over a period spanning the duration of the Kosovo war and the immediate aftermath. As a result of his admission, James is eligible to represent both defendants and victims at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers.
