Matt Morgan successfully resists Greater Manchester Police’s POCA Section 298 Forfeiture Application relating to the life savings in cash of over £200,000 belonging to a 60 year old man from the travelling community. All the cash belonging to JL found in 2 safety deposit boxes has been returned to him after a 4 year battle.
